These Terms and Conditions apply to The Breslin Performing Arts Center (“Auditorium”) at Felician University – Lodi Campus. The term Ticket Holder means person(s) holding the tickets to the events conducted at the Auditorium . By purchasing tickets, the Ticket Holder agrees to the following terms and conditions: –
- Ticket(s) are valid for a specific event at a specific date, and time to be held at the Auditorium. All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-replaceable and non-transferable.
- Management shall not be responsible for lost or damaged Ticket(s).
- Each guest shall be required to have a valid ticket. Children under the age of two (2) years are not permitted inside the Auditorium. Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years shall have to be accompanied by an adult.
- Removing any part of, altering or defacing the Ticket(s) may invalidate it.
- Ticket(s) shall be cancelled immediately if resold or used for third-party advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of the Management.
- All Tickets remain the property of Management at all times and constitute a personal revocable license from Management to the Ticket holder.
- Late arrivals may be admitted into the Auditorium solely at the discretion of the Organizing committee and only at an appropriate interval to ensure least disruption to both guests and artists.
- Food and beverages are strictly not permitted to be brought inside the Auditorium.
- Smoking of cigarettes, consumption of tobacco products, liquor or any other prohibited substance is strictly prohibited inside the Venue.
- Any facilities associated with a particular class of tickets shall only be applicable for those Ticket holders.
- Ticket Holder(s) accept all customary risk associated with live entertainment including any change to event artist line-up at any time.
- While the organizers envisage to start & end the program at scheduled times, there may be unintentional delays due to unforeseen circumstances for which the management will not be liable in any way.
- The Management and/or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and/or losses that the Ticket Holder may suffer or purport to suffer from their visit to the venue for any reasons including without limitation due to an event cancellation, personal injury and/or death.
- The Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is deemed by the Management at its sole discretion to be disorderly, inappropriate and/or poses a threat to the security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
- The Ticket Holder may be subject to search at any time during their visit to the Venue at the sole discretion of the Management for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances, etc. Carrying of such prohibited items is strictly prohibited and would be grounds for immediate denial of entry/eviction from the Venue premises without refund.
- Ticket Holders are subject to all safety and security policies and procedures maintained by Management including policies relating to social distancing, hygiene, wearing of masks, etc. as Management may in its absolute discretion deem fit from time to time. Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person(s) unable or refusing to adhere to its safety and security policies and procedures.
- During the visit, the Ticket Holder expressly agrees and consents to being recorded, photographed, filmed, identified and/or otherwise digitally captured (collectively called “Recordings”) and further authorizes use of such Recordings on such platforms as the Management or its affiliated entities deem fit.
- The use of cameras or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during the entire show.
- The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
- The Ticket Holder shall indemnify and keep Management indemnified against all losses arising from or in any manner relating to their visit to the Auditorium and /or the breach of the terms and conditions.
- In case of difference of opinion, the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
- In case of any dispute, local jurisdiction will be applicable.
